Transformed & Renewed Coaching Package

Cancellation Policy

This is a structured, faith-led coaching experience for women who are ready to break cycles, renew their minds, and walk in alignment with their God-given purpose. Please review the terms below before booking. WHAT’S INCLUDED: • Three (3) one-on-one coaching sessions (60 minutes each) • Personalized mindset, wellness, and purpose coaching • Guided self-work between sessions • Limited email support between sessions (Monday–Friday) SCHEDULING AND SESSION USE: • All sessions must be completed within 60 days of your first scheduled session. • It is the client’s responsibility to schedule sessions in a timely manner. • Unused sessions beyond the 60-day window will be forfeited without refund. • Sessions are held virtually via Zoom unless otherwise arranged. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATIONS: • You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. • Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be forfeited and counted as a completed session. • Emergencies will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. • Use the link in your confirmation email to reschedule. REFUND POLICY: • All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the package is purchased. • If you are unsure whether coaching is right for you, please schedule a free Discovery Call before booking. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY: • A 10-minute grace period is allowed. • If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be marked as a no-show and forfeited. • Sessions will not be extended due to late arrival. COACHING SCOPE & SPIRITUAL FOUNDATION: • This is a coaching experience, not therapy, counseling, or clinical treatment. • Coaching is forward-focused, spiritually grounded, and rooted in Biblical principles. • Prayer and spiritual encouragement are part of the environment but are not charged features. • This package is not intended for those in crisis or needing clinical mental health care.
