Cancellation Policy

We’re committed to offering intentional, focused coaching that supports your growth and wellness. To honor your time and ours, please review the following policy before booking your session. 🔹 Booking Requirements: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session. You’ll receive a confirmation email with your appointment details and a brief intake form to complete prior to your session. 🔹 Reschedules: Life happens—we get it! You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email. Reschedules made less than 24 hours before the session may not be guaranteed. 🔹 Cancellations & Refunds: All sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule once if needed. No-shows or last-minute cancellations (within 24 hours) will result in the session being forfeited. 🔹 Late Policy: A 10-minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened out of respect for the coach’s schedule. After 15 minutes, the session will be considered a no-show. 🔹 Pre-Session Form: To get the most out of your time, please complete the Pre-Session Clarity Form at least 24 hours before your session.
