When I reflect on the journey that led to the creation of the RepurposeHER Women's Conference, I am reminded of how intricately God weaves together the moments of our lives. This conference is more than just a gathering of women; it is the culmination of a calling God placed on my heart long before I fully understood it.

The Call to Serve

I was in a season of deep reflection and healing several years ago. Life had thrown its share of challenges my way, and I was wrestling with the weight of past traumas, broken dreams, and unanswered prayers. It was in these moments of vulnerability and surrender that I began to feel a stirring in my spirit—a call to something greater than myself. God was whispering to me, nudging me to step out in faith and embrace the calling He had for my life.

This calling wasn’t just about my own healing; it was about serving others who were walking similar paths. God made it clear that my story, with all its pain and triumphs, was not just for me—it was to be shared, to be used as a beacon of hope for other women who were searching for purpose amidst their struggles. The verse that resonated deeply in my soul during this time was Romans 8:28: "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose."

The Vision Unfolds

As I leaned into this calling, God began to reveal more of His vision for what would become the RepurposeHER Women's Conference. He showed me a gathering of women from diverse backgrounds, each with her own story of pain, resilience, and hope. These women would come together not just to hear inspiring messages, but to experience true transformation—mind, body, and spirit.

God impressed upon me the importance of creating a space where His daughters could profoundly encounter His love and grace. A space where they could lay down their burdens, connect with other women who understand their struggles and leave equipped with the tools and faith they need to walk boldly into their God-given purpose. The vision was clear: this conference was to be a place of healing, empowerment, and renewal.

The Confirmation

As I continued to pray and seek God’s guidance, He began to confirm this assignment in undeniable ways. Doors that seemed impossible to open began to swing wide, and connections with other like-minded women and leaders were made effortlessly. It was as if God was saying, "This is what I’ve called you to do, and I am with you every step of the way."

One particular moment stands out in my mind. During a time of prayer, I felt God speak to me through Isaiah 61:1-3, where it says, "The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed me to bring good news to the poor; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those who are bound." These verses became the foundation for the conference, a divine mandate to reach out to women who have been bound by their pasts and to proclaim freedom and healing in the name of Jesus.

A Mission of Purpose

The RepurposeHER Women's Conference is not just an event on the calendar; it is a mission that I carry with deep reverence and responsibility. I recognize that this is not about me or even about the women who will attend—this is about God’s kingdom and His desire to see His daughters walking in freedom and purpose.

Through this conference, I believe that God is raising up a generation of women who are not defined by their pasts but are transformed by His grace. Women who will go out into the world as vessels of His love, spreading hope and light wherever they go. This is the assignment He has given me, and I am committed to seeing it through with everything He has equipped me with.

Conclusion

As we prepare for the RepurposeHER Women's Conference, my prayer is that each woman who attends will feel the weight of this God-given assignment and know that she, too, has a purpose that is far greater than she can imagine. This is more than just an event; it is a divine gathering where God’s presence will be felt, and His power will be at work in the hearts and lives of His daughters.

I invite you to join me on this journey of faith, healing, and transformation. Together, we will step into the fullness of what God has called us to be, and in doing so, we will see lives changed and destinies fulfilled. This is our time, our calling, and our divine assignment. Let’s walk it out together.
